Monika Wolff CEO – studied product design at Parsons School of Design in New York City. Prior to that, she spent eight years as a film and television art director in Toronto, where she also studied film production and animation. Before co-founding W+W Design Associates, she was, for six and a half years, designer and art director at McDill Associates in Soquel, California.

Monika’s design experience includes packaging, logos, branding, Web sites, trade show exhibits and motion graphics. She has developed innovative, three-dimensional packaging and identity solutions, and has brought a designer’s keen eye to corporate video production. Her work is notable for its inventiveness and for effectively delivering a client’s message.

Jennifer Wills President – studied photographic illustration at Rochester Institute of Technology in New York. She practiced architectural and interior photography in Philadelphia, later becoming a designer and art director in San Rafael, California. Prior to co-founding W+W Design Associates, she spent six and a half years as production manager at McDill Associates in Soquel, California.

Jennifer specializes in package design, production and printing. She has developed asset management systems to track and help update artwork for packages, and is expert at managing color for print. An accomplished photographer of products, people and locations, Jennifer’s sense of photographic composition shapes her graphic design.
